The Department was established in 2012, the Department of Electrical Engineering is committed to shaping future-ready engineers equipped with both technical expertise and global competencies. Electrical engineering plays a vital role in modern life—making it safer, more efficient, and increasingly automated through advanced technologies and innovative processes.
Our department focuses on core areas such as power generation and distribution, electrical machines, control systems, signal processing, and industrial automation, along with emerging fields like Electric Vehicles, renewable energy systems, and smart grid technologies. We continuously integrate recent trends in the electrical engineering domain to prepare students for future challenges and innovations.
Recognizing the global challenges and opportunities in the field, we emphasize international exposure, helping students not only build solid technical foundations but also develop essential communication and cultural skills through research and collaborative experiences.

Department of Electrical Engineering was established in the year 2009 with UG course. Department of Electrical Engineering is committed to provide excellence in Engineering. We are also committed to nurture the students to get acquainted with the latest skills and practices keeping the pace with the industry. Department continuously organizes various seminars, workshops, and CEPS to develop and improve technical and intellectual skills. Experienced and devoted Faculties, Well equipped Laboratories, Research Culture and Disciplined Environment are major strengths of Department. Our alumni are working at well known industries. We also depute our faculties at renowned Institutions for various training programs.
